Install Irisphera on Shopify

Install the app#

1. Add Irisphera from the App Store

   Open Irisphera on the Shopify App Store, click Install and approve the permissions. Irisphera reads products and orders so it can process your catalog and attribute purchases to try-on sessions.

   Your Irisphera account and API key are created automatically the first time the app opens. There is nothing to copy or paste.

2. Accept the terms

   A Terms, Cookies and Storage Notice appears on first launch. Tick the agreement box to continue.

3. Choose a plan

   Open Subscription plans in the app menu. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial and are billed through Shopify. See pricing for what each plan includes.

Process your catalog#

1. Request a submission

   On the app's Home page, find Processing History and click Request new submission. All of your products are sent to Irisphera.

2. Wait for it to complete

   The status moves from Queued to Processing to Completed. You are only charged for products that were processed successfully.

   Some items may not receive try-on or recommendations if no suitable silhouette match is found. Request a new submission whenever you add a seasonal collection.

Add the blocks to your theme#

In Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes and click Customize on your live theme.

1. Product page: Irisphera Sizing Block

   Open a product template, click Add block → Apps and choose Irisphera Sizing Block. Place it near the add-to-cart button. This adds the Find your perfect fit and Try it on buttons.

2. Collection page: Irisphera Banner Block

   Open the collection template and add Irisphera Banner Block. It invites shoppers to create a profile and shows their recommendations.

3. Home page (recommended)

   Add another Irisphera Banner Block to the home page for faster discovery.

4. Complete the look (optional)

   Add Irisphera Mix & Match to the product template as a full-width section below the product details. You can edit its heading, subheading and whether to show the product brand.

Match the buttons to your brand#

Open Settings in the Irisphera app.

• Button style: Match my theme copies your Add to cart and Buy it now styling. Use Irisphera style applies Irisphera's own look.
• Button layout (under Advanced layout): Full width, Compact left, Compact center or Compact right.
• Click Save settings. Changes reach your storefront automatically.

Test your store#

Open a product page on your storefront. Click Find your perfect fit to create a shopper profile, then Try it on to see the product on your photo. Track usage under Analytics and Shoppers in the app.

• Sizing uses standard EU and Alpha size systems by default. Contact support to add your own size charts.
• Buttons follow your store language. English, German, Romanian, Polish, Spanish, Turkish, French, Italian, Dutch and Czech are supported.
• Staff can edit a customer's measurements from the customer page in Shopify admin with Manage Measurements.

Uninstall#

1. Hide the Irisphera blocks

   Remove or hide the Irisphera blocks in the theme editor.

2. Wait up to 60 minutes

   This lets active shopper sessions finish so personalised recommendation collections are cleaned up.

3. Remove the app

   Uninstall Irisphera from Settings → Apps in Shopify admin. Your shop's Irisphera data is then queued for deletion.
