Why doesn't a product show Try it on?#

  • It hasn't been processed yet. Send your catalog again and wait for it to complete.
  • It has no image or no SKU. WooCommerce skips products without an image, and PrestaShop only shows the block for products with a SKU.
  • No suitable silhouette match was found, or it isn't clothing. Accessories and shoes are not supported yet.

How do I get an API key?#

On Shopify and Salla your account and key are created automatically when you install the app. For WooCommerce, PrestaShop and the API, Irisphera issues your key when your account is set up. Request access.

How do I update my catalog?#

  • Shopify: Request new submission under Processing History. Guide
  • WooCommerce: Send all products in the Catalog tab. Guide
  • PrestaShop: Submit Product Feed in the module configuration. Guide
  • Salla: products sync automatically.

Which languages are supported?#

On Shopify, buttons follow your store language: English, German, Romanian, Polish, Spanish, Turkish, French, Italian, Dutch and Czech. The Salla app supports Arabic and English. On PrestaShop you can change the labels in International → Translations.

Can I use my own size charts?#

Sizing uses standard EU and Alpha size systems by default. Contact us to add your own size charts.

What is Irisphera?#

Irisphera brings photo-based virtual try-on, personalized product recommendations and size guidance to online fashion stores. Shoppers can preview products in their own photos and explore recommendations based on a measurement profile.

How does virtual try-on work for shoppers?#

Shoppers choose a product and take or upload a photo. Irisphera creates a preview of that product on them. Virtual try-on helps shoppers visualize a look; it does not guarantee how a product will fit in real life.

Can I use Irisphera with Shopify?#

Yes. The Irisphera Shopify app supports photo-based virtual try-on, personalized recommendations and size guidance. Features depend on your store’s setup. Visit the app listing for plans, requirements and merchant reviews. Explore the Shopify app

Can shoppers use recommendations without a try-on photo?#

Yes. Shoppers can receive recommendations from a saved measurement profile without a try-on photo. A photo is required for virtual try-on. Available options depend on the retailer’s integration.

Where can I find pricing and retailer examples?#

Merchant plans start at €225 per month, and virtual try-on API usage costs €0.06 per generation. These prices are in EUR; Shopify plans are listed separately in USD in the Shopify App Store.
