Delete your account in the app
In the Irisphera app, open Profile, tap Delete account and confirm. Irisphera deletes the account and the information saved with it straight away. If you signed in with Apple, Irisphera also asks Apple to revoke the app’s Sign in with Apple access; if that can’t be done automatically, the app shows you how to remove it in your iPhone settings.
Delete your account without the app
If you no longer have the app, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”. Write from the email address you use with Irisphera, or tell us whether you sign in with Apple, Google or email, so we can find your account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before deleting it. We complete deletion requests within one month and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your profile and sign-in details, including your name, email address and Apple or Google account identifiers.
- Your measurements, sizes, style preferences and passport silhouette.
- Your closet pieces, uploaded photos, try-on portrait and passport photo.
- Your looks and their try-on photos, favourites, wear history and outfit plans.
- Your AI features choice and any AI image reports you sent.
- Data linked to your account in Irisphera’s connected store services, which Irisphera asks them to erase. Until they confirm, the account is kept but paused.
What isn’t deleted
An Apple Wallet pass you added is a separate copy on your device: remove it in Wallet. Events you created through Planner stay in your device calendar. Information you gave retailers on their own websites is covered by their privacy policies. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
